The building at 384 East 149th Street is at a prominent location at The Hub, which is the retail heart of the Bronx. This phase of the project involved a renovation of an existing building to provide modern, unifying retail street level storefronts. A signage band was added to emphasize the unique corner location that was designed to provide a unified lighting scheme as well as to incorporate tenant security grilles.
