A three story, 99,000 square foot flagship location in a high visibility location on the south side of Union Square in Manhattan. The design challenge was to give the store a high profile presence while complying with strict signage requirements. The solution was to frame the exterior windows with Burlington’s signature red color and lights that create a unique and memorable identity. Signage was located inside the glass to comply with regulations and reinforce Burlington’s branding. KCG Architects developed custom wayfinding elements to facilitate customers navigating this large three flagship store.
