This project is an adaptive re-use of an existing 12,500 SF space, converting an existing nightclub into a bright modern corporate headquarters office for this Planet Fitness northeast region franchisee.  Signature industrial aesthetic elements were interpreted from the Planet Fitness health clubs with stained and polished concrete and dramatic frameless glass conference and training rooms. Program elements include a modern lobby, private offices, large conference rooms, employee cafeteria, member services workgroup, executive offices with gathering area, mock gym with locker room for training and a divisible training classroom.
