Construction proceeds at 159 Canal Street in New York City, on a site near the entrance to the Manhattan Bridge. The scope of the project includes a new two story retail podium on the corner of Canal and Elizabeth Streets and a gut renovation of the five story Elizabeth Street component. KCG Architects continue to work closely with tenants and expeditor to reach completion and Certificate of Occupancy for the building.
